The second location is what breaks everything
One clinic survives on a paper diary, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. The day you open the second one, none of it works: nobody knows which room is free, which patient paid, or where last month's assessment went. This is the system that runs both — and the tenth.
The 62 was counted in the codebase on 10 September 2026. The app is built for both platforms and is not yet on the stores.
What it actually does

The diary, and everything that goes wrong with it
Booking, the waiting list, cancellations and no-shows, video consultations and call notes — in one diary that the whole team sees, not in a phone that goes home with one person.
The clinical record
Patient notes, conditions, treatment protocols, treatment plans and types, and the intake screening that happens before the first appointment.
Assessment of the body
Body assessments with a 3D model, foot scans, blood pressure and the wider health markers — so progress is something you show the patient, not something you tell them.
Exercise and the programme
An exercise library, the patient's journey from first session to discharge, tasks between sessions, equipment, and the milestones that keep somebody coming back.
What the patient sees
Their own portal: appointments, documents, their programme, their account and the educational material you decide to give them. Fewer messages to answer on a Sunday.
The money
Invoicing and sales, memberships and packages, per-service pricing, a marketplace, and card payments through Stripe under your own branding.
Getting the next patient
Campaigns, email marketing with templates, service pages that rank, articles, and analytics that say which of it actually brought someone through the door.
Teaching — patients and staff
CPD courses, quizzes, study material and a media library. The same engine teaches your team and educates your patients.
More than one location
Each site runs its own diary and its own numbers, while a global dashboard and a command centre see all of them at once — with roles, permissions and an audit log underneath.
The assistant that knows your clinic
An administrative co-pilot and a clinical assistant that answer from your data, not from the internet — with per-agent keys and the cost of every voice minute on the bill.
And a phone app, for the patient
Built for iOS and Android from the same system, so the patient books, sees their programme and reads their documents from their phone. It is built and in final testing — not yet published to the app stores.

What it does not do
- It is not a records system certified by a regulator. If your body requires certified record-keeping, this sits alongside it, not instead of it.
- It does not prescribe. No medication, no scripts, no dosing.
- It does not bill private medical insurers. Invoicing is yours to send; insurer claims stay in whatever you use today.
- It is not a hosting or IT support contract. Where your data lives is a decision we make with you, in writing, before anything is built.
