How fast can my business be online?
Once you approve it, your website can be live in as little as 24 hours.
Do I need to write the content?
No. We build it from what your business already says and gives it a modern look. If something is missing, we ask you — we do not invent facts about your work.
What does it cost?
Three things: a one-time £235 setup, a monthly subscription to us (managed database, AI features, maintenance and support), and your own hosting and domain, which you choose and pay for directly with any provider you like.
Do you provide the hosting?
No. The hosting and the domain stay in your name, with the provider you choose, and we configure everything for you. That way the site is yours — if you ever leave us, it does not switch off.
What is the system for?
It keeps customers, suppliers, quotes and invoices in one place instead of spread across a notebook, WhatsApp and your head. It also takes online bookings, so people pick a time without phoning you.
Do you handle advertising and social media?
Yes. We plan and run paid advertising, keep your social profiles alive with posts about your actual work, and make the artwork and short video that go with it. Ads bring people the same week; being found for free takes months. Most businesses need both, in that order.
How long until advertising brings customers?
Usually the same week it goes live — that is the point of paying for it. What we cannot promise is how many, and anyone who does is guessing. You set the budget, and you see what each enquiry cost.
I never post anything. Is social media worth it for me?
That is exactly the reason it is. Before calling, people look you up — a profile that went quiet eight months ago reads as a business that closed. We need photos of the work as it happens; the rest is ours.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise a position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do is set the site up so search engines can read it, register your Google Business Profile and Maps, and point everything at what people in your area actually search for.
Do you only work in Ipswich?
We are based in Ipswich and work with small businesses across the UK. Most of what we do happens online, so distance rarely matters.
Is there any obligation?
