Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It's a monthly subscription and you can cancel anytime. If payment stops, the managed database, AI and support we run are suspended, so your site's dynamic features stop working.
What is the setup fee?
A one-time setup covering the initial site build and onboarding — from £395, depending on the plan. Hosting and your domain are separate and paid by you to your own provider.
Do you provide the hosting?
No. You keep your own hosting and domain with any provider you choose; we configure it for you. The monthly subscription pays for the managed database, AI and day-to-day maintenance.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How does the annual discount work?
