1. Who We Are

BA Intelligence is a trading name of Kingdom US Limited ("BA Intelligence", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11145903). We provide digital services including software development, AI agents, digital marketing, financial guidance, and church management systems.

2. What Data We Collect

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number when you fill in a form or contact us
• Account data — email, hashed password, profile information if you create an account
• Usage data — pages visited, IP address, browser type, device information (via tracking pixels in emails and site analytics)
• Financial data — only what you voluntarily provide to our Financial Mentor service (tax codes, income ranges — never bank details)
• Communication history — your chat history with our AI assistant Alex and any support messages

3. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver services you've requested (software projects, consultancy, financial guidance)
• To send marketing emails you've opted into — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To improve our services and AI systems
• To comply with UK law (including Making Tax Digital, Companies House requirements)
• To prevent fraud and ensure security

4. Email Marketing & Your Rights (UK PECR / GDPR)

We only send marketing emails to people who have explicitly opted in or who have a prior commercial relationship with us, in accordance with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us directly. We will never delete your record, but we will stop all marketing communications immediately.
• Access your data — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations to retain certain records)
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Marketing contacts: indefinitely (but inactive after unsubscribe — no emails sent)
• Client project records: 7 years (UK tax law requirement)
• Chat sessions: 12 months unless you request earlier deletion
• Security logs: 90 days

6. Third Parties & Processors

• Resend — email delivery (servers in the EU/US)
• Render — our managed database and application backend (servers in the US)
• Your website hosting provider — you choose and pay your own hosting and domain; their handling of data is governed by that provider's own terms
• Stripe — payment processing (UK/EU compliant)
• OpenAI / OpenRouter — AI features (data processed per their privacy policy)

For the customer and contact data you store in the CRM, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor, handling that data on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use tracking pixels in emails to measure open rates and clicks — this is disclosed in this policy. You can disable image loading in your email client to prevent pixel tracking.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk · 0303 123 1113.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
