What's included in the plans?
A professional website plus a simple system (CRM) to organise customers, suppliers and finances, set up and supported by us.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time £235 setup covering the initial build and onboarding. After that you pay a monthly subscription (managed database, AI and maintenance). Website hosting and your domain are separate and paid by you to your own provider.
Do you provide hosting?
No. You choose and pay your own hosting and domain with any provider you like; we configure DNS and deployment for you. Your subscription covers the managed database, AI and day-to-day maintenance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long lock-in; you stay because it works, not because you're stuck.
Do you build the site with my content?
Yes. We use your existing content and give it a fresh, modern look, no writing needed from you.
How long does it take?
Once approved, your site can be live in as little as 24 hours.
Do you support businesses outside Ipswich?
